I’ve had a great experience overall. I’ve been using Sami for about a year or more, and whenever I’ve encountered a problem, they have always resolved it. Keep in mind that I’m on the Free Plan, but their support is just as quick as if I were paying for the service, the only difference is that I have fewer features in the app.

It’s very easy to use, and the features are practical and well thought out. What really stands out is the reliability and the smooth performance—even during busy periods. The support team is also responsive and helpful.

I have only been using this App for a short while but I have quickly upgraded to the Diamond Plan as the extra functionality it provides with AI tools gives incredible versatility to our specific label and store needs.
