Sami Product Labels & Badges

Overall an easy product to use. Had some hiccups with how it was presenting on combined product listings but support was able to resolve eventually.

Samita is by far the best app for adding labels to your products on Shopify. It works seamlessly and does exactly what you need. But what truly sets this app apart is the outstanding customer service. It's rare to find a support team that responds so quickly and helps you without unnecessary back-and-forth.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Haley, who resolved my request effortlessly and efficiently. And the best part? The app is completely free! What more could you ask for?

SAMI is a fantastic app with some really cool features that make managing an eCommerce store much easier. From lables to badges, everything is well-designed to improve efficiency. Their support team is also top-notch—super fast and always helpful. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to streamline their eCommerce operations!

Initially worked perfectly, but soon the only badge I had setup (and set to only show on products in a single collection) began showing up on nearly every image across our store, including on non product pages, blogs, and even the logo on our site's header, spreading like a cancer.

Support was disappointing. As a US customer they are not available during working hours. After supplying multiple screenshots, and leaving the badge up overnight for them to investigate (leaving the issue to continue to show for customers), they had made absolutely no progress by the next morning, and just asked for more screenshots. I was not willing to continue displaying the badge and let this issue continue to plague our store in order for them to continue to investigate, as I was not confident they would be able to find a solution expediently, especially for such a simple function that many other apps could perform.

Now I am getting an "unexpected error" when attempting to modify this badge and/or create a new one, making the app unusable, across multiple browsers. Support's only suggestion was to clear my cache, and then asked me to wait until the next working day for a developer to look into the problem, as they were offline as of 10am MST. Uninstalled across our three shopify sites, and disappointed.

Sometimes even the simplest things can become confusing, and that was certainly the situation here. However, Sami's team stepped in and proved they're truly exceptional. Their patience, clarity, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I genuinely appreciate their dedication and effort in resolving my confusion—they turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Definitely deserving of 5 stars! Highly recommend!

This app is great! I love that I can add best seller labels to my products to increase conversions. I also use it to showcase some products that are included in a week long sale.

It took a bit of custom configuration to get things set up, but David from the support team took care of everything. He accessed our store and had it all up and running within a day. For a free app, you really can't go wrong here – smooth experience, great features, and brilliant support to back it up.
