BSS: Product Labels & Badges

I had the pleasure to find BSS Products Labels and Badges after trying so many apps that would deliver on the features and functionality I needed. Not only did BSS deliver but the staff (especially Jena) was amazing! She and the rest of her team set an example of what true customer service and value is all about. Needless to say, my store has benefited in so many ways by adding this app. If you're looking for the best, easy to use app with so many features and functionality when it comes to labels and badges, you are in good hands with this app!

Simple app that helps identify important products for customers. I had some trouble and the staff - Gigi, Chu Thong, and Ngoc Hue were all very quick to respond and solve the problem plus make some other suggestions to help us out. Great service - Thank you

The app is perfect for adding extra pop to our occasional sales - a little bit glitchy but the support team are wonderful and handle your requests with ease, and very quickly!

Support team Jena Nguyen, along with devs Tran Duc Nam and Nguyen Van Ninh, fixed our issues within a few hours. Jena was very helpful and responsive, and kept me updated throughout the dev changes.

We use the Labels to show which products are included in certain sales, and the badges to provide further info, T&Cs of the sale, etc within the actual product.

BSS product labels and badges is a cost-effective and straight forward app for adding badges and labels to your products and product collections. This is a great solution for adding informational and marketing content to a single product or groups of products. I had some custom work to do that I couldn't quite figure out. Jennie and her dev Tran Duc Nam responded to the issue quickly and sorted me out in no time. Very helpful and highly recommended

The Product Labels & Badges app delivers just what we want it to and has the flexibility to adapt to the needs of your store with great messaging for your customers to increase your sales. I love the rules to allow you to highlight new arrivals to the store along with other features of your products.

The flexibility of labels and badges is also a great feature; if you have any problems with configuration, the support is excellent. Jolie Nguyen on the support team was very responsive and knowledgeable, advising us on how to get the best look for our badges both on desktop and mobile. Excellent app to display badges and labels on many products and pages! It's easy to install and make detailed customization that meets our needs.
Some labels didn't display correctly on our site due to an incompatibility with our theme  the first time, Jena and dev Tran Duc Nam made a quick fix and provided how to manage it when the same issue happens. I was surprised by how responsible and swift they were, considering it was the Lunar New Year holiday. Best support team! I'll definitely continue to use the app.
