BSS: Product Labels & Badges

I'm currently trying the product labels and badges app for Shopify. In general, the app is friendly to users and has many interesting features. This app also provides VIP support service for all customers. I contacted BSS to get support as I have some questions about the features. Nice Explanation, everything they explained very well...A good job always.
I asked them for Positioning the badge & Jena helped me.
There are a few things to say about Jena, she handled my issue pretty quickly and explained everything to me thoroughly. To evaluate the app is quite easy to use, I can almost install it easily through the user guide is written quite detailed, however, I still wish they develop more features and more stickers available in the future. I will definitely try the app on my other stores. Concluding that the app is worth using and above all good support service for all customers. Recommend!

This did exactly what I needed. I've been searching for a way to add a free shipping badge to certain collections in my shop and this worked great. Most of the apps I've looked at seem to only be able to add badges to every product in the entire store, which is not what I wanted. Easy to use, I uploaded my own icon (although the included ones are fine) and selected which collections (or products) I wanted to add it to. The whole process only took a couple of minutes. All of this on the free plan so I'm pretty happy with the app so far.

We installed the app to get some labels for our BFCM deals and it was super easy to install and worked right out of the box. We had one challenge with another integration in our store that was a little more complicated but the support team and Stephanie got on it right away and resolved it quickly. Could not be any happier and would recommend this app for anyone looking for labels or badges on their shopify site! We are a really happy customer.

Great App, very responsive to help requests. We had a badge issue on our product image after going to a carousel format, Gigi was able to test and forward through to their dev team very quickly.

I'm using the app in two stores I'm running and I had a few problems with image that I uploaded. when I asked for help I received a very high explanation and patience from Gigi support, even with a video (!) showing me how to find class in inspection tools to target the problem and solve it! it was very high performance in support I encountered recently, and I would give 6 out 5 stars if I could. well appreciated ! I would also want to mention Gigi as a great support team member that really helped me solving and understanding how to work with the app, sent link and tutorials, screenshots and more informative material that help to connect to this app. Great job.

We had some issues with the labels not showing on all the products however Gigi the supporter and Huy the technician was amazing to deal with. Very efficient in fixing the problem. Thank you

We have been using the Product labels app for quite some time. This is a great app that is easy to use and deliver as promised… We tested a few more apps with the same function, but decided to use the app from BSS Commerce as this app was very easy to use, had a huge amount of ready-made labels, and looks great in both desktop and mobile versions of our website.
This application is easier to add and display labels than others I used among various English-based applications on the Shopify app store.
I recommend this application to whom need no/low coded and fancy designed. It is easy enough to understand tools and functions. I have contacted customer service I have some issues. Customer support, Jena Nquyen, has been checking fully and supporting me very nicely. Also, the response of her team was quick and they were very supportive
I really appreciate their support. In conclusion, I am very happy with the team and service that I received and I can not recommend this app more. Thanks, BSS Commerce team
