Great app and great support team that answers instantly, highly recommended! A must have on every store
We used the app for installing custom product labels. The label creation is easy and flexible. When we had a problem with the display in the front end we got immediate and goal oriented support that fixed our problem within a couple of hours. Excellent!

I installed BSS app on the Shopify Dawn theme, there were a few issues regarding display positions etc so as suggested by themselves I contacted support.
Jena Nguyen was very prompt, friendly and helpful in her reply and with the help of their developer, Nguyen Van Ninh all issues were quickly resolved.
Jena gave detailed and clear information on the fixes and offered more help if needed.
The app is useful to highlight information and to indicate discounts and brands. I consider it to be fairly priced.

Whatever they did to change my badges broke my store and left my checkout button not work. I have emailed and NO response.

Jinny from our team already reached you quickly via email and found out that the problem is caused by another external app or theme.
Thus, it is not in scope of our app to fix. Hope you can sympathize and stay tuned to the update of Shopify about the problem.
