Very pleased with the label and badge app by BSS - it is simple and works! Sometimes it takes a few times of loading for the labels/badges to show, and also have a single time when I needed technical support to fix it. So a 4/5 until it is more stabile, but again, very pleased.

The app initially didn't work on our store but customer service was very helpful and they help us to make the app work in our store. They were always very attentive and the communication was good.

App molto funzionale. La utilizzo molto bene per il mio e-commerce. Il servizio di assistenza è sempre molto disponibile ed efficiente. La consiglio.

The app works well but it's not the most intuitive. If you have many badges you have to create sets/combinations of badges and then link them to each variant or product - it's a bit clunky if you have many badges/combinations but it works. Also there is quite the noticeable lag when the badges load on the store or when toggling through the list of variants. It's not too bad but not great (I assume their code slows down the store). We have a very old theme (perhaps part of the problem) and so there were a few glitches getting the badges to show at the right spot, however BSS has a very responsive and sharp support team. Thank you Mabel for all of your help! I gave 4 stars but would have given 4.5 if I could. Overall a good little app!
