Nevertheless it may seems as a basic and simple app, it does everything that is expected to do… and much more!!!! The app is fast, robust and effective, something really appreciated on these times, where many of the apps begin to fail when you push the envelope on them or you test them on a theme that is just a little modified.
Anyone will be delighted not only with the app but with the support. I have requested support a couple of times because of specific usages I want to give to the app and Jennie has been outstanding! In a moment of time I thought she was working on my company as she was more concerned an advocated to solve the problem than anyone else.
Of course after the suggestion and help given, the app works perfectly and I´m sure that if a new requirement arise, it will be solved in no-time by BSSCommerce Team

I'm using badges on some of my products, there was a minor issue and the team responded to my email and had the problem resolved in a matter of hours. Super happy with the support and outcomes.

First time using this app and I have found most of the options to be really good. I did have a glitch issue where one of my product labels were randomly placed one the front left of my home screen on desktop. However as soon as I noticed and emailed support. Both Jena Nguyen and dev Nguyen Van Ninh sorted it all out for me. Super promptly after providing them some screenshots and access to my store. Really pleased with how quickly the issue was resolved. Great product, flexible enough to make lots of labels and badges. Lots of testing required to get correct sizes on desktop and mobile (different setting required) and to ensure priorities are correct when multiple conditions are true. very happy with the product and the query support I received.
