Introduced to attach a badge. The layout collapsed, but the support was quick. I think it's a good app.

This app is perfect if you need to show labels on your products. The support is so quick to deliver an answer and to fix everything, Amber and Hoang immediately helped me and addressed the issue.

We're using this app to show the languages of the product with a flag as badge. This app is very intuitive and simple to use. The support is amazing, I had a problem and Amber and Jane immediately helped me and addressed the issue thanks to Xutho.

Issues are to be expected with any app, of course.

However, for us, what dictates the continual use of an app after it's installed is how the devs of address the issues and the speed at which they do so.

I can confidently say that Jolie and the devs have promptly fixed not only the small issues that have come up, but have helped us already with over 10-20 small customization-related things.

They have gotten our site exactly where we want it.

Small issue - All of our product pictures are 16:9, so when we are on the sample page positioning the location of the labels in the app settings - it stretches our product photos to 1:1 and this makes it sort of difficult to determine where the label will actually show up, but there is a workaround we were able to do for this pretty easily.

Overall we certainly recommend this app. 5/5

I have four stores, and I install this app in each of them to enhance product display and increase sales. This program does exactly what it says it will. We have a straightforward, easy-to-implement high-level strategy. When we first installed it, there was a conflicting issue with our theme that was preventing labels from showing up correctly on the product page. Jena is my main support in regards to all stores. Within 24 hours of the issue being reported, she and the technician guy - Tran Duc Nam were able to report quickly and effectively solve it. On our website, the app is currently operating flawlessly, and we are very happy with it. It's incredibly simple to make your own labels, and they look great. Support is also excellent, and all issues were resolved quickly. I really appreciate their assistance. I can't express how pleased I am with the team and service I received enough to recommend this app. In my opinion, anyone who wants to display labels and badges on their items should use the app.
