The customer support at BBS Commerce has been second to none.

- Very fast reply, accurate communication.
- Very accurate problem solving.
- They take great care in solving the customer request.

The Product Labels are a helpful extra product information / sales incentive.

My issues where:
- sync placement of product label in app and in web shop. * Solved *
- make sure labels appeared on all the pages I wanted. * Solved *
- be able to turn off labels shown on mobile pages. * Not solved. Added to request new features.

The app has a fair pricing.

We have used the Pro version and we're happy with the options offered. I'd suggest adding more badges for regional campaigns that are getting popular in SE Asia like: 11.11 Sale, 9.9 Sale etc, National Day Sale etc. After I installed the app, the labels did not display properly. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp. Jena Nguyen and the dev Phan Thanh Son solved the issue quickly. Creating your own labels is very easy and they look professional.
Overall, I recommend using this app.

I had an issue that the label was shown unexpectedly on "add to cart button" but support team (Jinny as the supporter and Tien Loc as the technician) solved it quickly. Great support.

After trying literally dozens of Product Label apps for my Shopify store, I found this one to be the best overall. Simple to use, intuitive and offers complete control of positioning that other apps did not. Support was immediate and the team out do themselves in helping any way they can. Great app, quite straightforward! There were some settings issues I ran into that needed to be solved, so I reached out to support and I immediately got help from Jolie Nguyen and web dev Tran Duc Nam. They have helped me straight away. The app is very easy to use and you can easily upload your own labels using your own designs here. Definitely recommend!

I have four stores, and I install this app in each of them to enhance product display and increase sales. This program does exactly what it says it will. We have a straightforward, easy-to-implement high-level strategy. When we first installed it, there was a conflicting issue with our theme that was preventing labels from showing up correctly on the product page. Jena is my main support in regards to all stores. Within 24 hours of the issue being reported, she and the technician guy - Tran Duc Nam were able to report quickly and effectively solve it. On our website, the app is currently operating flawlessly, and we are very happy with it. It's incredibly simple to make your own labels, and they look great. Support is also excellent, and all issues were resolved quickly. I really appreciate their assistance. I can't express how pleased I am with the team and service I received enough to recommend this app. In my opinion, anyone who wants to display labels and badges on their items should use the app.
