I've just started using and had a problem with one of my pages not saving the label I created. I contacted support and chatted with Stephanie who was really helpful and quick to get the development team involved to assist. Really good.
Thank you as well for being very patient and kind to us although there was a small display issue at first.

I have just started using this app. but what i find amazing is the support they provide even for the free plan. Soon will upgrade to paid plan really happy with the support ( Big thanks to Stephanie).
This app is so good to help customers find products with specific deals, discounts or features. We love it and the support is amazing
We switched over to this app after our previous badge app stopped working with Shopify and so far have been very pleased. The app is highly customisable and has a lot of very useful options. The support staff are also very friendly, responsive and helpful. Any small glitches I've had with the way the app integrates with our theme have been easy to sort out with their assistance. Also handy that you can use the hatbox within the app to communicate. Very pleased with our experience so far.
