Great support for the app. I am not very clued up on how to create labels and banner but this app seems quite straight forward. The support was almost instant which is great

I have three stores and I both install this app for all of my stores to improve product display as well as boost sales. This program performs exactly what it claims. We have a high-level strategy, which is simple and easy to implement. We had an issue with a conflicting app that was preventing labels from appearing properly after first installing it. For all stores, Jennie is my main support. She and the tech guy Nguyen Van Ninh were able to tackle the problem quickly and effectively; the difficulties were resolved within 24 hours of being reported. The app is presently working flawlessly on our website, and we are extremely pleased with it. Creating your own labels is very easy and they look professional. Support is also very helpful and they fixed all problems quickly. I really appreciate their support. In conclusion, I am very happy with the team and service that I received and I can not recommend this app more. Thanks, BSS Commerce team. I'd strongly advise anyone wishing to show labels and badges on their items to use them.

Really simple app to use and navigate. Had some minor issues with the badge showing up in odd places due to my theme settings, but Jennie P. and Tran Duc Nam worked really quick to help solve my problem and they did a great job and had great communication with me.

App is great and customer service is even better, they help to fix issue in few minutes. I can suggest to add more same theme free labels.

It works, and the customer service can help effectively and quickly.
I have issues with the interface and logo position when I upload my own custom designed badge. It is hard to find a good fit with the interface they offer. I had to test countless variants before finding a good fit. If they can improve that part in the future I will change the review as well.
