BSS: Product Labels & Badges

The Product Labels and Badges app is easy to use! We can create labels and badges so fast with this app, it really helps us to reduce time on designing our product image. I had a bit of confusion when creating a label and choosing between the variant(s) condition and specific product(s) condition, so I couldn't create it successfully the first time. The couple reached out to BSS's support team, and Jolie helped me differentiate and gave me a very detailed guide to creating a complete label for me. She was able to solve the problem quickly and effectively; the difficulties were resolved so fast. After that, we have some issues with the display of the labels. And Jolie, with their developer Tran Duc Nam supported me in resolving this issue quickly and professionally. On our website, the app is now functioning nicely, and we are pleased with it. I sincerely appreciate their assistance. I'd suggest using labels and badges if you want to display them on your merchandise. Highly recommended!

The app has many pre-made labels and badges, you can easily choose one from the library. The customization is also user-friendly. I tried to create some labels for my e-commerce store and encountered some issues because my theme is not compatible with the app. I contacted the Sales team and they supported me very well. Since we hadbig End of season sale on our store and wanted to have the issues fixed asap. They did that in 2 days. These issues need customized coding to fit with my app, so I really appreciate their support in time. And huge KUDOS for Gigi Nguyen (customer support) and Tung (developer) - they are friendly and so dedicated to satisfy the customers!

I’ve been trying to use many applications thus I am always thinking about good and useful applications for webstore.
This application is easier to add and display labels than others I used among various English-based applications on the Shopify app store.
I recommend this application to whom need no/low coded and fancy designed and is non-English-speaker as me. It is easy enough to understand tools and functions even if you are on business in non-English-speaking countries. I have contacted with customer service when found some errors in displaying labels last week.
A staff, Jena Nquyen, has been checking fully and supporting me very nicely. Furthermore, a developer, Nguyen The Huy, has been fixing errors right.

様々なアプリがありますが、Shopifyはそもそも欧米向けのプラットフォームなのでウェブストアにピッタリな日本向けのアプリは探しにくいと思われます。
このアプリは商品画像にラベルを簡単に付けることができます。
UIが直観的なのでツールや機能が簡単、コード編集も要りません。
日本語のラベルはありませんが、カスタマイズすることができます。
カスタマーサポートは英語のほうが通じやすいですが、スタッフさんがすごく親切でした。
もしラベル機能が必要でしたらこのアプリを試してみてください。

It is exactly the app I was looking for and needed. I had a few minor issues with theme compatibility. When I reached the support center, I received incredibly fast response and support, they solved the problem in a very short time. It's great that they do their job so professionally. Thanks again.
