I just started using this app to add some catchy labels to my products, and I can say that so far I am very impressed! They offer A LOT of features and options, on top of the fact that their pricing is extremely fair for their offering! Even the free plan comes with great labels to use for all sorts of purpose. To make things even better, their customer support has been WONDERFUL so far. My first reach-out was handled quickly and efficiently by Gigi, and I was provided a response that resolved my problem and educated me about the app on the first reply! Hats off to Gigi!

This app is easy to use! We had an issue with a conflicting app that was preventing labels from appearing properly after first installing it. We also have some trouble creating a label showing the % sale on the product. Jolie is my main support. She and the tech guy Nguyen Van Ninh were able to solve the problem quickly and effectively; the difficulties were resolved so fast. The app is presently working well on our website, and we are happy with it. I really appreciate their support. Thanks, BSS Commerce team. This seems to be one of the best B2C apps with B2C features that have been very helpful for our business. The app does have various features and can be easily activated via the configuration such as variant, specific product, product tag and etc. We have been discussing with the team via WhatsApp and Gigi(the agent support) has been very responsive in the meantime. Lately, we faced an issue with the label display and the technical guys (Nguyen Tien Loc, Nguyen Xuan Thong, Pham Van Hoan, Pham Ngoc Hoang, Phan Thanh Son, and Nguyen The Huy) have been checking very carefully and come up with a proper solution eventually. They're all very efficient in fixing the problem. Awesome support manner! In addition, the Product labels & Badges application has a lot of reasonable plans compared with other 3rd-party apps on the market. It also comes with free assistance that you can connect on various of channels. We would definitely recommend trying BSS Product Labels & Badges app. Again, appreciate the team's efforts so far. Keep it up. Hope they will develop some other apps cool like this one. Thanks a lot!

We just wrote a review from our other store, but please don't think this is what they asked me to do. I just simply want to support Gigi and Tien Loc, they helped me with our 3rd store to work with this wonderful APP in their most professional, patient, and kindest way of customer support. Our theme didn't go well with the APP, but they worked hours on our issue and now our product pages and collection pages look great!! Thank you! Most of all, I would love to recommend this app to everyone and be kind to the customer support, they're the best and they definitely deserve all the kindness and appreciation!

Very happy with the app, This app precisely meets my needs. Will be looking for more ways to use the app on our storefront. If for whatever reason the label doesn't display in your theme as you want it, the support team is always there happy to help. And you can naturally upload your own label or create it using the built-in builder if you can't find a suitable one in a library. This software is really fantastic. I've got Gigi as my supporter; also Tien Loc, Viet Cuong, Van Hoan, and Duc Duong are four tech guys that helped me fix all of my issues. Like most companies/apps, if it is a weekend & I have any questions, I often won't hear from anyone shortly. I say this for anyone to keep in mind if they need help on a Saturday to understand you may not hear from someone until the weekend is over. I give them 5 Star service when it's Monday-Friday. However, it's very rare that I need to contact them. It was only at the beginning that I had more questions & needed help. I don't need to contact them as much as I used to now that everything is in place. Since downloading the app, I've seen several improvements and adjustments, which gives me confidence that, despite being new, they are committed to continuous improvement. I could go into so many things and details on how Gigi helped me, but this review would be so long and unrelated. The best I can say is that I've utilized all of the app's functions and asked the most complicated inquiries. Sometimes I'd inquire about adding little things that I didn't believe were doable, and BBS would find a way to make it happen within 8 hours. I wholeheartedly suggest this app!
