Had an issue with the labels being stuck in the same spot when users are navigating the website through mobile. Sean was able to rectify the issue for me quickly. Very responsive customer service and easy to use app.

I wasn't happy with the color of the 'free' badge. It was a 'red flag', w/ the words... TRUSTED SELLER... how ironic!! I knew subliminally, this would not sit well w/ my customers. I brought this to BSS' attention and the color red was replaced w/ more suitable color(s). FANTASTIC!!!! Thank you, to the BSS Designer, and thank you Sean. A+++ ...Val ...Plus, I want to add that they are very quick in responding, and resolving my issue...

This app has been such a simple no-code solution to communicating with customers using labels. It has been great to customise the front end look of the labels with specificity, its not just a "one size" suits most.
Plus, having multiple ways of targeting the product for labels, you don't need to rely on tags alone. Which can get messy and is time consuming for store with 100+ products without a tag manager.
The support team has also been very helpful when we encountered bugs/conflicts with custom coding. The app works so well though, we haven't needed to contact them much after the initial onboarding.
