The app works well but it's not the most intuitive. If you have many badges you have to create sets/combinations of badges and then link them to each variant or product - it's a bit clunky if you have many badges/combinations but it works. Very good app, but what would make it perfect is if... if there is a 10%, 25%, 50%, etc group of badge/labels, there needs to be matching 5%, 15%, 20%, 30%, etc (you get the point) - basically ever 5 step percentage should be matching.

For my BFCM sale, I had 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% discounts, but there was not one single "family library" of the same/similar icons that had all these ...

Had some problems with the app initially but received amazing assistance from Sean! After Sean's help the app has been working well.

Liaised with Mabel who was extremely helpful. She took prompt actions, multiple and timely follow ups and resolved many of the queries efficiently.

The app initially didn't work on our store but customer service was very helpful and they help us to make the app work in our store. They were always very attentive and the communication was good.

It is easy to use and they have good customer service to support your needs and answer your enquires

Very pleased with the label and badge app by BSS - it is simple and works! Sometimes it takes a few times of loading for the labels/badges to show, and also have a single time when I needed technical support to fix it. So a 4/5 until it is more stabile, but again, very pleased.
