An employee of the company persistently contacted me, urging me to delete or change my one-star review after my initial frustrations with the app. They reached out via email, WhatsApp, and even called me directly, which I found rather unusual and somewhat uncomfortable, especially given how easy it is to switch to another app.
Originally, the app caused issues, breaking both my homepage and product page, leading me to uninstall it. However, after giving it a second chance, the app worked well, and I am currently using the free plan. Despite the app’s eventual functionality, my initial negative experience and the follow-up behavior from the company left a lasting impression.

It works, and the customer service can help effectively and quickly.
I have issues with the interface and logo position when I upload my own custom designed badge. It is hard to find a good fit with the interface they offer. I had to test countless variants before finding a good fit. If they can improve that part in the future I will change the review as well.

When we initially downloaded the app it wasn't working as expected (Labels weren't displayed on product pages) I contacted support and they found an error and amended it. The experience was good. However, I have now been emailed at least 4 times by customer support begging for a review, the emails are starting to get a bit sassy, so I am writing this review in hopes that I will be left alone lol
The app didn’t work for me as it created a conflict with my product filter app. Since I made a backup of my theme, I was able to revert to that after uninstalling the app. I recommend you make a backup before trying it. Their tech support reached out, offering to take a look.

We are sorry that our app slowed down your site and conflicted with your product filter app. We understand how frustrating this must have been. In this case, if there might some leftover code of our app on your theme, we can for sure help you to remove them all. Also, regarding the conflict, it's really hard for us to be compatible with filter apps since normally, they are rendered by JS on your theme in which we cannot add our code there to make our app work. Still, we can try to double-check that if you can give us another opportunity.
