BSS: Product Labels & Badges

Excellent app to display badges and labels on many products and pages! It's easy to install and make detailed customization that meets our needs.
Some labels didn't display correctly on our site due to an incompatibility with our theme  the first time, Jena and dev Tran Duc Nam made a quick fix and provided how to manage it when the same issue happens. I was surprised by how responsible and swift they were, considering it was the Lunar New Year holiday. Best support team! I'll definitely continue to use the app. 

Even though I am not a billing user, a small problem was quickly solved because of the perfect service processing. The service representative also gave me detailed information about the problem, so it was helpful when I was touching the theme, such as the next theme upgrade. The response was so fast that it didn't take a long time for the technician to fix it. I don't charge a bill because I don't have a big need yet, but if it's such a service, it's safe to use it after paying for it.

Super convenient and technical support was instant and more than satisfactory. Would recommend this for product labels on shopify!

Jolie Nguyen was very helpful on more than one occasion. Very fast and to the point support. First issue was related to our outdated theme, and their tech came in and added the fixes, so I was happy to see it working well. We use the app on 2 of our websites and on the one that runs the newer dawn theme it worked flawlessly, but on the older theme – Brooklyn encountered an issue with label display. But like I said their tech team quickly added the required code to Brooklyn and the issue was resolved. Then the issue with mobile display of labels was also quickly resolved by explaining their functionality for mobile. Both issues resolved quickly.
