The team were very responsive and got the work done quickly. They responded on emails and managed to get the work done as requested in a short time frame
Easy to use app and great customer support. Our theme turned out to not be 100% compatible with the app. We needed direct support regarding a discount that was active in our shop that day. Jennie replied right away and made sure our case would be handled with priority. The problem was fixed within an hour!

Very happy with this app. We've been able to add a Made in Canada logo to a bunch of our products so that customers can easily find the locally made products. We've also used it to create product banners so that customers can find sale items and best-sellers. It's been really helpful to get certain products to stand out. We also had an issue with how the badges were showing up in our collection pages but thankfully Jennie and Jennie and Nguyen Kim Tung were quick to help me fix it. It's easy to use and the support team is incredible!

10/5 stars!! I had some technical issues hiding the badges on some placements and Jena from the support immediately came to my assistance and sent over a request to the developer team.
I've been running Shopify stores for the last 5 years and have used countless apps since the beginning but this has to be the absolute best experience when it comes to customer care.
Keep up the good work. This app will play a crucial part in showing our different offers properly to our customers.

A perfect app that does exactly what we needed it to. We chose Product Labels & Badges as it allows for complete customization where you can upload your own design. This app was also super easy to use which was a bonus. We did have a small issue/glitch with the app at first, but Jena Nguyen and their tech guy: Nguyen The Huy and Nguyen Tien Loc were right on top of the issue and fixed it within a day. I'm certain it would have been completed a lot sooner if it weren't for the different time zones, but they were on it first thing and kept me updated every day. One suggestion I would have for the app would be to add an additional area where you are able to adjust the padding/spacing from the edge when uploading your own label. Other than that it's a great app! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for easy, consistent labels and badges.
The BSS staff is very friendly and their support is great, not to mention that the Labels & Badges function of their app is simple to use and very reliable.

Ho installato l'applicazione sul mio store ed inizialmente ho avuto dei problemi di configurazione, in quanto probabilmente non supportava di defoult o il tema o le le altre applicazioni che ho installato sul sito, ho chiesto aiuto al supporto e subito ho avuto il supporto di Jena eTran Duc Nam, che dire assistenza PERFETTA, hanno esaudito tutte le mie richieste aiutandomi passo passo nella corretta installazione ed alla corretta visualizzazione in tutti i posizionamenti necessari. OTTIMA applicazione più che consigliata
