Super powerful, great tool, amazing customer service (from Gigi) and really makes my shopify page seem so much more professional. I've already seen a sales coming in as I can now clearly have badges promoting sales. thank you to the PL&B team!

We have been using the Product labels app for quite some time. This is a great app that is easy to use and deliver as promised… We tested a few more apps with the same function, but decided to use the app from BSS Commerce as this app was very easy to use, had a huge amount of ready-made labels, and looks great in both desktop and mobile versions of our website.
This application is easier to add and display labels than others I used among various English-based applications on the Shopify app store.
I recommend this application to whom need no/low coded and fancy designed. It is easy enough to understand tools and functions. I have contacted customer service I have some issues. Customer support, Jena Nquyen, has been checking fully and supporting me very nicely. Also, the response of her team was quick and they were very supportive

Just trialling the free plan for the moment and we encountered a few issues (it conflicted with the theme) which Gigi tirelessly liaised with her technician to fix it for us. She was friendly and replied so quickly. Very impressed with the customer support and happy that her team was able to turnaround the fixes speedily. I felt bad since I was only on the free plan but she assured me it was no trouble at all. I am sure the paid plan/s would be able to offer us so much more features as well at reasonable prices. Thank you!!!

We had an issue with multiple badges displaying, despite us only wanting one badge. Jolie Nguyen and Dinh Trong Linh were very quick to reply, respond, and follow up to ensure we saw the adjustment.

Just use this App this month. Customer service makes a fast response when I contact them. Even the product page didn't show the tag, but it's work well on the collection and the related product App, even work well on the search place. Hope this App will us make more orders. Thank you!
