Great and quick support
Had a problem with the app when I added a new theme, so I contacted support and they quickly fixed the problem

This app is easy to use! I had a wonderful experience with the app. And even more with the support team.
We had a few minor issues trying to make the app compatible. The first time, I created a badge and it works excellent in all pages but in the product page didn´t work. So I contacted via Live chat for assistance in making the badge good at the product page.
I assumed the time zone difference would cause a little delay in response but to my surprise, I received a text from Jennie - my main support and a follow up email afterwards. With the quick support of the tech guy Dinh Trong Linh - who spent hours making the theme compatible with the app, all problems were completely solved. Now I can put the badge anywhere I want (below quantity box, below product name, etc). I really like the feature as well as the available position of the badge since it makes discounts info more obvious to customers. The app is easy to use and flexible, I have been able to add multiple campaigns with.

After a few months of use, my opinion of this app is super positive. I had installed similar ones previously but none had ever satisfied me completely. The developer Jena Nguyen and Dinh Trong Linh did a great job, it's very easy to install and the customer support responds quickly solving any problem accurately. I have an e-commerce where I sell foods for intolerances and special diets and being able to insert badges and labels on the products is really a great help in making the products easily recognizable to customers.

I have installed several apps with similar functionality and exactly this app was the one that worked best way. So I choose to use it furtherly. There were some small errors because of different Shopify theme I use (I bought it outside of Shopify theme store), but I contacted customer support and was really impressed how they treated my issue. Support represented by Jena Nguyen was great: I got replies very quickly, I was understood 100% correct way, no lacks of misunderstandings at all. Jena reviewed my situation from different points of view and offered 100% right solution for me. I would also like to say thank you to developers Nguyen Van Ninh, Nguyen Viet Trung and Nguyen Xuan Thong who resolved my problem by adding customized code pieces. The issue was resolved seamlessly and 100% the way I imagined, the way I needed and the way I wanted. In my opinion, this app is worth installing and its team deserve trust.
