BSS: Product Labels & Badges

I had an extremely productive chat with Sean from the customer support team! Sean helped me style my label correctly on desktop and mobile. He listened to my issue and moved quickly to resolve it.

The app works well but it's not the most intuitive. If you have many badges you have to create sets/combinations of badges and then link them to each variant or product - it's a bit clunky if you have many badges/combinations but it works. The app working well. We needed customized badges, some details with the code but the BSS team, after communication the chat, worked hard to find a solution. And they did it.

Very good app, but what would make it perfect is if... if there is a 10%, 25%, 50%, etc group of badge/labels, there needs to be matching 5%, 15%, 20%, 30%, etc (you get the point) - basically ever 5 step percentage should be matching.

For my BFCM sale, I had 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% discounts, but there was not one single "family library" of the same/similar icons that had all these ...

We would recommend this app for anyone wanting to put labels on their products and collection pages. It is easy to use and if you have any issues their support team are very responsive and helpful.
