First time using this app and I have found most of the options to be really good. I did have a glitch issue where one of my product labels were randomly placed one the front left of my home screen on desktop. However as soon as I noticed and emailed support. Both Jena Nguyen and dev Nguyen Van Ninh sorted it all out for me. Super promptly after providing them some screenshots and access to my store. Really pleased with how quickly the issue was resolved. As well as their professionalism. Thanks a lot

At first the App was not working the way I had hoped for, but as soon as I clicked the chat button, Stephanie was there to help and got my problem corrected almost immediately. Will be using this program again, just because the customer service was fantastic.

Great product, flexible enough to make lots of labels and badges. Lots of testing required to get correct sizes on desktop and mobile (different setting required) and to ensure priorities are correct when multiple conditions are true. very happy with the product and the query support I received.

I highly rate this app. I experienced an issue whilst adding a label to a selection of product images. I WhatsApp Gigi who replied almost instantly saying she’d look into it (she’s so lovely). In no time at all the problem was resolved! I’m super impressed. Thank you so much again, Gigi!
We met a little problem with our configure, but it was solved very quickly after contact support, they really have patience and are nice to assist!
