The app is very easy to understand and the support team is very quick in checking through issues for us to use the app in no time! Jolie is very keen to understand the issues that we were facing and instead of only solving the problem, she also made sure we understand what needs to be done to avoid similar issues in the future.

I struggled with the implementation at first but, after working with the brilliant Jena Nguyen in support and dev Nguyen Viet Trung, the issue with my theme (not the app) was fixed in minutes. It now works perfectly and I'd definitely recommend the app. Great customisation and so many options, even on the free plan. Brilliant work.

"I've been using this app to create labels on my store for a while, and everything seems to be fine, I also can see the app has developed some new features for users, like it a lot! I can set up the stickers easily, and everything is well-guided. They also provide a detailed user guide for everyone. The app is also very user-friendly, it's easy to set up everything and you can even get help from support at any time. Recently I had a small problem where the label was showing over the store menu, and I contacted support and got immediate help from Jena. She solved the problem quite quickly and helped me forward the problem to the technician guy - Dinh Trong Linh. He helped me solve the problem quickly. I used that app to set up labels under products to create awareness about discounts. Initially I had some issues with the location of the labels, but after contacting the support team I was quickly helped by Gigi as the supporter and Ta Cuong as the technician, who managed to fixed the problems very quickly.

Great labels app ***** 5 STAR ***** Little bit of a problem with the positioning of the labels but the team were great and worked alongside me to get the labels exactly how I wanted them. They even made me a custom label with custom text to match what I wanted.
