Super responsive, professional and went above and beyond! I dealt with Jolie Nguyen who was so incredibly helpful! I had a special request and Jolie connected me with Nguyen Van Ninh who resolved my specific request within 12hrs. They thoroughly tested the code changes to ensure everything worked perfectly before letting me know.

If for whatever reason the label doesn't display in your theme as you want it, the support team is always there happy to help. And you can naturally upload your own label or create it using the built-in builder if you can't find a suitable one in a library. This app does exactly what it says it will. We have the top-level plan and it is straightforward and easy to use. After initially installing it, we did have an issue with a conflicting app that was preventing labels from displaying properly. Jena and Tran were able to solve the problem efficiently and effectively though - within 24 hours of reporting the issues, they were fixed. The app is now running perfectly on our site and we are very happy with it. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to display labels and badges on their products.

This app is GREAT because it has so many options on how you can customize and display your badges. GiGi was phenomenal with helping me when I needed customer support and the tech guy Chu Thong got the request done ASAP. Thank you both for putting the finishing touch on my store!! The App itself provides really helpful features who increase the conversion rate of our shop. We has some issues in the beginning since it wasn't properly working with our theme but luckily Jennie and Dinh Trong Linh from the support team helped us quickly to solve the issue.

Thanks to Jonas and Ta Cuong for helping us set up the app and making sure it works with our theme (a few tweaks were needed on js), and got resolved in a day. Good app, but great support by the folks!
