We just wrote a review from our other store, but please don't think this is what they asked me to do. I just simply want to support Gigi and Tien Loc, they helped me with our 3rd store to work with this wonderful APP in their most professional, patient, and kindest way of customer support. Our theme didn't go well with the APP, but they worked hours on our issue and now our product pages and collection pages look great!! Thank you! Most of all, I would love to recommend this app to everyone and be kind to the customer support, they're the best and they definitely deserve all the kindness and appreciation!

Very happy with the app, This app precisely meets my needs. Will be looking for more ways to use the app on our storefront. If for whatever reason the label doesn't display in your theme as you want it, the support team is always there happy to help. And you can naturally upload your own label or create it using the built-in builder if you can't find a suitable one in a library. Big thanks to Jena and Cao Nam Truong the developer for your support, they resolved our issue instantly

This software is really fantastic. I've got Gigi as my supporter; also Tien Loc, Viet Cuong, Van Hoan, and Duc Duong are four tech guys that helped me fix all of my issues. Like most companies/apps, if it is a weekend & I have any questions, I often won't hear from anyone shortly. I say this for anyone to keep in mind if they need help on a Saturday to understand you may not hear from someone until the weekend is over. I give them 5 Star service when it's Monday-Friday. However, it's very rare that I need to contact them. It was only at the beginning that I had more questions & needed help. I don't need to contact them as much as I used to now that everything is in place. Since downloading the app, I've seen several improvements and adjustments, which gives me confidence that, despite being new, they are committed to continuous improvement. I could go into so many things and details on how Gigi helped me, but this review would be so long and unrelated. The best I can say is that I've utilized all of the app's functions and asked the most complicated inquiries. Sometimes I'd inquire about adding little things that I didn't believe were doable, and BBS would find a way to make it happen within 8 hours. I wholeheartedly suggest this app!

This app is easy to use! We have a mistake between creating a new label or a new badge. After that, we also had an issue with a conflicting app that was preventing labels from appearing properly after first installing it. For all stores, Jolie Nguyen is my main support. She and the tech guy Nguyen Van Ninh were able to tackle the problem quickly and effectively; the difficulties were resolved so fast, the difficulties were resolved within 1 hour of being reported. The app is presently working flawlessly on our website, and we are extremely pleased with it. Creating your own labels and badges is very easy, and they look professional. This program performs exactly what it claims. Support is also very helpful, and they fixed all problems quickly. I really appreciate their support. In conclusion, I am very happy with the team and service that I received and I can not recommend this app more. Thanks, BSS Commerce team. I'd strongly advise anyone wishing to show labels and badges on their items to use them. Highly recommended!

This app is very useful for my website. It's easy to set up and user-friendly.
Once I had a problem with placing a badge, Gigi at customer support and Tien Loc, the technician were very attentive and patient with helping me. My website looks so much better and professional with badges. Highly recommended!

I have used this app to add custom badges onto our listings, to highlight small variances between some of the products we sell. It does a great job of it, and allows us to use other badges in upcoming seasonal promotions. Quite happy with it so far. Customer support is top-notch, solving a minor issue i had with the custom badge and our theme.

Very responsive developer, easy to use application. So far, so good! We're not using the paid version yet, but when the time is right I think we will go that route.
