DECO Product Labels & Badges

John was very helpful. We use DECO for promotions, and it's been a lot easier than coding labels and badges on the backend; it's just simpler and more efficient. The only flaw is that sometimes the sizing and placement get lost and you have to re-adjust, but it does not happen that often.

Resolved recurring display issues that we struggled with on previous label apps.
The support team are also quick & responsive and resolved our requests promptly when onboarding.

Felicie from customer service was absolutely helpful!!! very easy to use app once you get the hang of it. I think what I liked the most (I just started using it) is how accessible is their team and how quickly they were able to give me a quick rundown on how the app works. So far... I recommend it!! last time I did all the price changes manually which took me way too long!

I am now using this app on two stores. I like the new feature where you create a discount and it automatically matches that product with a badge. And the "two discount" design is also a big help for me.

La app nos ha ayudado mucho a automatizar politicas de descuento y etiquetas a ciertos productos y brindan una atención a clientes inmediata. El punto a mejorar sería integrar los costos con y sin descuento como los nativos de Shopify (price y compare-at-price) para estar vinculados con nuestras app de membresía y de newsletter/flujos de correos.

We have been using this app for a month now and it works very well. There have been some bugs during that time, but I have not worked with an app that has been this communicative. Any time I have an issue (usually user error) they are just minutes away from resolving.

This App and especially the support is really really amazing! It’s highly customizable, easy to use and works great. I had an "issue" where the badge wasn’t showing on the first picture of my product page carousel pictures but on the second. I just contacted the support team via chat and within 2 hours I got a message with "Hey there, we have fixed it for you!". Iam impressed! Great job

Service client très rapide et efficace. Pour un AddOn avec un plan tarifaire gratuit disponible, c'est vraiment utile et ca évite de se taper du photoshop a chaque fois qu'on veut notifer quelque chose sur un produit, je recommande grandement ! Prise en main rapide, personnalisation des Ruban, possibilité d'ajouter une image ou alors de faire ce que l'on désire.

Buena App, tiene todas las opciones de edición para las insignias de avisos o descuentos en la página de colecciones y productos.
Ellos mismos me escribieron para consultar si necesitaba ayuda, tenía unos inconvenientes y lo solucionaron. Recién la empiezo a usar, pero me va gustanto, la recomiendo.

One day i wake up using this app for almost a 2 months, and we had 0 sales, usually we do get 4-5000$ sales by that time, with 0 conversion rate i went ahead to all my developers to figure out what is going on.
This app for some reason gave all our product pages white overlay and no one could click on add to cart and do anything about to buy the product. Uninstalled the app contacted support. Ignored for few days, asked about what they will do for money lost and what kind of compensation i should expect, got ignored as well. error that we received from this app was this "Culprit identified: Accounts Everywhere app rendering as full-screen white overlay" deactivated their app everything worked after. Tried to check if it is actually this app , activated it and issue came back again.
