Honestly, I wish we had installed this app sooner! It was really easy to set up and we started seeing the difference on our website pretty quickly. We did have a small issue with the badge not showing correctly on mobile for one product variant, but Jane was super helpful and quick to respond. She made the whole thing so much easier for us. Really appreciate the great support — thank you, Jane!

Once again, the team at DECO Hove have outdone themselves.
We’re using a paid theme with custom VAT displays, which means the discount feature doesn’t behave quite right because of our custom setup. The online chat (a real human, not AI) connected me with Tracy and Felicie, and they jumped straight onto the fixes I needed.

This is the second store out of five that I’ll be installing this on, and the support has genuinely been the best I’ve had from any app so far.

Would give more stars if I could.

I am not sure why we didn't download this sooner. The app was simple to install and implement with immediate results on our website. We had one small hiccup with the badge showing up on mobile devices variants with one product - but the customer support was outstanding. Thank you Tracy!

I’ve tried several other badge apps before, but none of them worked quite right for me. DECO Labels & Badges worked perfectly from the start.

I had a quick question about adjusting the size of the badges, and Felicie helped me right away. The badges look great, and the support is fast and very helpful.
