Chat support was very good. They got the devs involved and fixed the issue within 30 mins. Definitely use that over their support email option.

Not sure Why they Only have 5 stars They deserve 10! I was in a rush to get a new label app as my old app required an upgrade that day and the cost increased dramatically. searching for a new app. Deco was it! and could do the job perfectly and with the Deco support team my site had all the labels done super fast, 2000 products, 700 collections, and 50 brands.
One brand needed a label with "EARN 254 ABScoins" = 10 discount for each product the result is perfect!
I am very impressed wit DECO app and the service, recommend this app to all website owners. IT IS GREAT!

We have a lot of different label and badge needs for our store as we have many products with different ratings, and from different countries etc. We had a little trouble having the labels show up on the product page but Julie with the support team was quickly able to help us!

Great app to try and improve your website appearance and make products more identifiable! Most options that are most beneficial require you to upgrade, but the yearly expense is very minimal and so far worth it for us.

The DECO team is very responsive and will even help you design custom labels for free! We would recommend the app to others.
