The description says there is a free plan available but after installation it says something else. You get confronted with a free trial after which you should pay the 14.99 plan when the trial expires. The free plan option is not available.

Great app, we've been looking for something like this for ages

The app have an amazing support and cool features. It's a bit costy for the functionality it offer but could be easy used on small shop with the free option.

Really good customer service, awesome app, easy to use. Julia really helped me with problems/questions I had. She was efficient and got amazingly quick responses. I will definitely keep this app. It wasn’t the app im looking for to do what I needed it for but in the future i'll be using it.

It's okay - but the labels can take about 1 - 5 seconds to load after the main image has loaded, this is frustrating.

Sorry guys, but not worth the effort.

Label image was visible on random product images
Label text did not change with settings (maybe UI/UX of settings)
Label showed up on product description in some cases
Customer service email reply couldn't determine my name from signature..hmmm. Still using bots to reply?

The customer service is good. They respond as soon as possible. I had an issue with the app they rectified in a day itself.
