One day i wake up using this app for almost a 2 months, and we had 0 sales, usually we do get 4-5000$ sales by that time, with 0 conversion rate i went ahead to all my developers to figure out what is going on.
This app for some reason gave all our product pages white overlay and no one could click on add to cart and do anything about to buy the product. Uninstalled the app contacted support. Ignored for few days, asked about what they will do for money lost and what kind of compensation i should expect, got ignored as well. error that we received from this app was this "Culprit identified: Accounts Everywhere app rendering as full-screen white overlay" deactivated their app everything worked after. Tried to check if it is actually this app , activated it and issue came back again.

this app caused infinite loop and make page unresponsive

Totally deceptive conduct. Offered a 20% marketing discount then refused to honour it. Contacted them to highlight this is unethical and didn't bother to respond or fix

Customer support = 0. I've sent tons of emails to ask for help because some labels do not appear, no answer.

After installing the app, product page gallery on mobile devices got frozen and customers couldn't swipe to see more images. After uninstalling the app, this issue got resolved. Looks like the app blocking product page gallery!

I want to clarify that the issue is coming from theme incompatibility, which means a small component on the product page is incompatible with DECO. Therefore, the product pictures can't be swiped on mobile.
However, this could be solved with our support within 15 minutes.
We understand your frustration in this situation. We try our best to make as many themes compatible as possible. But since there are several themes and many versions, we can't cover it all.
We would deeply appreciate it if you could give us another chance to get this issue fixed. And we will be available as soon as you need.

Incredibly annoying app - has a fast scrolling marquee of other products on each page which is extremely distracting when you're trying to configure it. The app doesn't seem to include any labels by default so you have to make and upload your own which is quite a letdown considering the price!
How do I cancel the subscription so that no charge is generated?
I think that we should not say that there is a free plan.
Thank for your feed back. Once you confirmed charge you can cancel subscription by remove the app. We offer a free plan and you can see the detail of this plan in product description. That is just free for shops which have less 10 products. Thank you so much

Their developers broke the app 1 week before Christmas and caused major price discrepancies, caused a huge loss in sales and their supports solution was to go buy a different computer and try that. Worst app and even worse support. Don’t give these scammers a penny. Hope they go bankrupt.

Basic interface and online support could not or would not assist - couldn't use it as a result so had to uninstall it! Waste of time.
