the app is easy to use. when there's an update, they can provide quick and responsive services to fix any issues.

Doesn't seem to be any support during EU business hours. Simple problems can take a few days to get resolved because of the time difference..
Updated 9th March 2023: The new version of the app is much better and reliability is great. Support requests also answered quickly.
We are sorry for the late response due to the different timezone we have. 🙁 We tried to solve the issue as fast as we could. About your other request, we could not set it because it will affect our whole codings. We hope you sympathize.
5 Stars! Has a learning curve, but support is GREAT!
When you have hundreds of products like our store, it's very helpful to be able to call out certain things like Low Stock or Exclusivity for when customers are browsing the collection pages. Helpful staff, too!
Really good customer service, Got my issue resolved in 15 minds. Also this app has a lot of advance features.
We've been using this for a number of years and love that you can include your own custom labels to match your brand kit. Their customer service is top notch! They are super responsive and helpful.
