I wanted to share my sincere appreciation for David and Jane's exceptional support. They has been incredibly patient, accommodating, and dedicated—they didn't stop until our issues were fully resolved. I'm also very happy with the tech team for implementing the badges exactly as we envisioned; they are a fantastic addition and have really helped build trust with our customers. The app is amazing and support is prompt and thorough. It comes with a ton of robust features and the ability to upload your own custom badge icons. I recommend this app to any stores who want customizable badges for products. 10/10

We've upgraded to this app for the extra flexibility and functions that DECO has compared to other apps. David from support has been extremely helpful in the setup process, quick to respond, and has found solutions for us.

Great app and easy to use. I needed some support with customization, and not only did I get a response right away, but Rossie implemented the changes within a few minutes, and offered to audit on different devices to make sure everything was functioning correctly.

Team are always attentive and get fixes out when needed ASAP. If something doesnt work as I expect, they either push something out to make it work that way, or tell me what I am doing wrong!

Recommended for both power users, and someone who is new to ecom

Jane has been incredibly accommodating, patient, and helpful, never giving up until the issues were fully resolved. Sometimes that labels disappears from the product but the team is quick to help get it back, especially Hana.

Love having a customer service represenative in live chat, Ivy was a great help! I had a small issue with one of their labels and they solved it within 5 minutes, and they stayed attentive during the chat. Couldn't ask for btter customer service. Plus! Their app is easy to use, and i am able to apply so many different badges/labels to my products using different customizations.
