DECO Product Labels & Badges

Great app and easy to use. I needed some support with customization, and not only did I get a response right away, but Rossie implemented the changes within a few minutes, and offered to audit on different devices to make sure everything was functioning correctly.

Team are always attentive and get fixes out when needed ASAP. If something doesnt work as I expect, they either push something out to make it work that way, or tell me what I am doing wrong!

Recommended for both power users, and someone who is new to ecom

Love having a customer service represenative in live chat, Ivy was a great help! I had a small issue with one of their labels and they solved it within 5 minutes, and they stayed attentive during the chat. Couldn't ask for btter customer service. Plus! Their app is easy to use, and i am able to apply so many different badges/labels to my products using different customizations.

Jane has been incredibly accommodating, patient, and helpful, never giving up until the issues were fully resolved. The tech team has also been very supportive in implementing features based on what we truly wanted to see on our website—especially the badges which have been a great addition and really help build confidence with our customers. The app works very good and it load fast on the website.
