Had a small dev issue and chatted with Rossie from customer support. It was fixed super fast, I'm very happy with the app and the service.
Rossie's service was great and she solved my problem very efficiently.
I find this app very useful and the team is kind! they created a new customed label for me.
The app works wonderfully and the customer support is 10/10! They adjusted one of the features to work with our additional use case within 24 hours and went out of their way for us. We are incredibly happy with this app.
*Update 1/20/2024:
Adjusting from 5 to 3 stars for the moment. The label app is interfering with video play on the product image/video carousels again. When this app is enabled, it prevents one from playing a video, clicking it to go to Youtube, etc. This is a major problem affecting the UI/UX functionality. This was previously fixed just before I left my first review, but it appears since then that there could have been an update. I checked the other applications via process of elimination to make sure I knew which app was causing the issue before settling on it being DECO's app, as the videos only began working again once it was disabled.
Can this please be fixed? I suppose that rather than use labels, I can use Canva to update the product graphic design with the phrase "New" and uninstall DECO. I apologize, but I may do that.

Rossi was a great help coordinating with the DECO tech team to resolve a CSS code conflict wherein a product label was applying itself over all of the product image/video carousel images and causing functionality issues.
Even after I assigned it to only appear on the collection page, the label css was still interfering with the image carousel and limiting video play/pause functionality. Rossi understood the issue, was keen to confirm the end result I wanted for the label, and conveyed it to the tech team so they could productively and quickly resolve the issue.
As a developer, I know that sometimes there will be bugs in your program or unintended functions/issues - but it's how you treat your clients and work to kindly and properly resolve issues that matters at the end of the day. Rossi and the tech team are great and I'm thankful for their help because now everything works as it should :D

have been using free version for a few months now, was one small glitch, support fixed it within 5min on the chat. Kudos to Rossie.
