Simple to use app. Support is fast and responsive on chat in case of any questions. Rossie sorted out my question very fast.
I had an outstanding experience with DECO Product Labels & Badges! Rossie and her team went above and beyond to assist me when I encountered issues with badges not displaying correctly on our e-commerce site. Their kindness and promptness in resolving the situation were truly remarkable.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the level of service and the effectiveness of DECO Product Labels & Badges. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch solutions for their e-commerce needs.
This app is great for adding labels over online products. I personally found the process in setting it up easy to use and also received excellent support by Louis from the team at secomapp. Thank you for helping me add this feature to our website! I would however suggest the following improvements:
- An easy way to add multiple labels (when needed) to each product
- An easy to use label design section to create your own labels within the app
Overall I am very happy with the app and the customer support I have received!
The app does its thing, and when I had an issue with it they fixed it for me in a timely manner. Happy for now.

Due to some changes in our system, we needed some help with the labels again. Jane and here colleagues responded and solved for us in less than one hour. A great product and stellar support!

An easy to use way to add labels / bagdes. We needed a few tweaks and the DECO team were super quick to respond and solve according to our needs.
This is an excellent and highly recommended app!
Perfect app. Works like magic
From first install I hade some requirements that weren't met out the box, but after reaching out to support they developed and implemented a solution within hours.
Now they have implemented a new feature ("Stacked Labels") that solves so many issues for users wanting to have multiple labels in the same possition stacked according to several rules. Haven't seen that anywhere else!
The app performs better than expected, and customer service is out of this world. Can not recommend this app enough.
