I wanted to share my sincere appreciation for David and Jane's exceptional support. One day i wake up using this app for almost a 2 months, and we had 0 sales, usually we do get 4-5000$ sales by that time, with 0 conversion rate i went ahead to all my developers to figure out what is going on.
This app for some reason gave all our product pages white overlay and no one could click on add to cart and do anything about to buy the product. Uninstalled the app contacted support. Ignored for few days, asked about what they will do for money lost and what kind of compensation i should expect, got ignored as well. error that we received from this app was this "Culprit identified: Accounts Everywhere app rendering as full-screen white overlay" deactivated their app everything worked after. Tried to check if it is actually this app , activated it and issue came back again.
