Music Player by Websyms

Im new and havent really assessed it yet in regards to working in my store? But so far so good! Its continual music that you have total control over! But the customer service? I THINK they offer customer service, NOT SURE!?!?

I use this app to play many songs continuously through all of my web pages. It allow me to match the colors on my website with the player, uploads songs with ease and did I mention it allow continuous play throughout the website. It works Great. Lots of FUN!!!! Thank You Websyms..

The app stopped working with certain features and now I can't add new playlists all together. For the past few months I've been trying to reach customer service to resolve these issues (even went through Shopify support for them to reach out on my behalf) and I've had ZERO response. They do not have customer service working for customers even with their online chat option. Seeing as my site needs an app like this, It's beyond frustrating to not get help. Definitely taking my money elsewhere to a new app.

This app was everything I was looking for, a customizable music player which you can upload your music to and create your own playlists. You can even customize it to match your stores theme! I had the pleasure of speaking to Rarvinder who helped me immensely with troubleshooting any technical issues with my music player! Great customer service, they were able to help me immediately and completely and it is late at night where I am.

They went far and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Really great service. I would recommend 100%. Thank you

So far so good. Easy to us & the customer support was a1.. fast and sorted what i needed pretty fast even though it was over the weekend. Keep it up

I uninstalled this app due to it increasing the size of my homepage but the shocking bit is that even after uninstalling the app i am still being charged for their pro plan. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone

i had 2 previous issue with the app but they fix it fast global shows & responding time has increase. thats shows they're trying & alert compare to the other. this app is easy to install & convenient. to the owner/TEAM Please fix this following issues & you will defenelly get 5 stars & recomendation from me. 1. i get complains thats the music stops everytime someone changes categories. that get annoying. people rather keep listening. especially since there exploring the site to see what available they change from page to page a lot. 2. everytime not only does the music stops playing but it changes to another one even if it just started. people want to hear full song. btw i forgot to mention i love how i can add shuffle this insures people listens to different music everytime they come compare to the same list beggining over & over.

Excellent app! If you want to engage your customers and want them to spend more time on your site, this is the app. Very happy.

An app with a lot of potential, but can get in the way of viewing on your store when the player is open and stops each time people go to another page. Currently only a 3-star product. Great idea though!

I use this app for my guitar page and its perfect! Would love to see some more and better themes for the music players but these will do the trick!

Does the job, easy CSS hacks to change the design. The support replies promptly.

Update: Their tech, however, appears to be not 100%, I notice downtime from time to time. I'll keep this review running to see how we progress

Update: Been told about server migration, expressed disappointment about lack of warning. For the last four hours, the message is "All will be good in a few minutes"

Just amazing ! Great customer service 2. Now shoppers will feel more your store and culture around it trough setting up the right ambiance. This is in my opinion give a little great boost to our sales :). Thank you guys !

This app is sweet and simple. You can add a song or a playlist of songs to your Shopify store just like in your favorite shop in town. You just need to get the mp3 music file you want and add it to your playlist in this app which connects directly to your shop.
The feature I love most is being able to completely hide the widget for the app on your store. This is the only music player app you can completely hide - so the focus remains on your store and products.
If you want to add music to your shopping experience this is the best app out there :)

I use this app to sell my music and it still has problems trying to play music just by using the phone. you have to press play or skip 3-4 times before it plays, that needs to be fix ASAP or i'll start loosing my customers...

I needed a little help, but this is great if you just want to have it on your home page. You can also add to product pages.

This music player app is excellent! I looked at several different players online and decided upon this one. It has a nice style and features. Using it to provide excerpt samples of my audiobook. They have great customer service.

Great app! Does the job. Could do with a few extra customisation options (scrolling titles on/off, different skins?). Amazing support as well!!
