Horrible app. Very bad design, and not user-friendly at all. Tried to contact their customer team with 3 different method, still no answer as of today, and it's been a week and a half. Based on the low number of reviews, I think this app is basically dead. Don't use it, pointless.

Vye is most certainly not dead. We always reply when you get in touch with us and we are also constantly trying to improve so we appreciate the feedback. Great app with fantastic support. It provides a service that not many apps can on Shopify. Easy to use and if you need something customized then support is friendly and helpful and can get the job done for you. Highly recommended!
