The app and customer service are outstanding. I was able to make the modifications exactly as we wanted. I had a couple of questions and Balint, the service rep was so helpful and got everything squared away.

Customer service is everything! I started a chat trying to get help setting up my option sets. They ended up setting up a video chat with me and solving my issues. Balint helped me out so much! I'm so happy EasyFlow has a free plan while I'm figuring everything out with my website. I'm setting up a bakery site and the variants on Shopify weren't enough. I am happy to have stumbled upon EasyFlow's Product Options. Right now, it means the world to me to give custom options to my customers. Based on surveys conducted, our customers (students) love the idea of being able to customize their course (our product) as per their needs. And, this app is making it possible for them.

The app is ridiculously easy to set up which can be done in a matter of minutes (depending on the no. of product options of course!). When I wanted to make slight changes to the UI of the buttons displayed, the support team got to work immediately and changed it to my liking. I would like to thank Balint from team EasyFlow for this.
