Recommend this app for adding a lot of features to your product page, including checkboxes, dropdowns, add-on prices, and file upload features.
Some of the features are paid but it's worth it if you need them.

I was looking for a simple mandatory drop-down field on my products that wouldn't impact my inventory and was easy to use. After going through four other apps for hours I finally found this one and had it set up in 10 minutes. I had a bit of trouble with a duplicate title, probably a me problem, but support was awesome and its fixed and is just what I needed. Just what I was looking for!
