Excellent customer service, I am extremely impressed. Some of my questions were so obvious but were met with patience and helpful guidance. The app itself is amazing and works so well, I highly recommend this. Julie has been exceptional!!

Great service and extremely easy to use

We needed a quick solution to add a required checkbox to a subset of our products that ship separately from all others. This became necessary because some customers were not seeing or perhaps reading a note to that effect. The required checkbox confirms their understanding before one of those products can be added to the cart.

The reason we are leaving this very positive rating is that the app's support rep (Julie) responded immediately to assist us in implementing what was needed, including custom CSS code, and did so professionally.

Great add-on. This is what I have been looking to add to my store rather than be stuck with just a drop down or button for all options int he standard Shopify system. Julie was super helpful in answering a few questions I had. And best of all, its free.
