I was very happy with the additional support of the support team. I had a little bug on my website where it wouldn't show the picture in my checkout page. Within minutes I was talking to Emma from their support team. She helped out very quickly and was friendly as well. Wish all apps were like this!

The app does what we need. Support helped us out with some customizations to get it to work with our theme.
Love this app. You can customize it however you like, has all the features you need and more. The developers have been very helpful with my 20+ product option's custom requirements. They have never said no to any of my big or small requests. I have tried 40+ product option apps and this is the only one that looks the best and has all the product options I need!

Excellent app. Very nice features with a great development team . After I changed to a new Shopify theme , I contacted the development team and they helped me right away with re-integrating the app with the new theme. They always make sure your issue is resolved. Nguyen Tien Loc and Josephine communicated with me in a timely manner and fixed my problem quickly. Great app!
A really helpul app. Without that App my products are just half that good. And a very fast Shopify Support Team! Jolie Nguyen had answers for All questions and works very efficent. Also always very friendly!

This app is very easy to maintain and set up! I did have an issue with the discount code box showing up. But I contacted customer service and Emma helped me through it all! Very caring and listened well to my concerns. Also even checking up after a few days to make sure I was happy with the set up.
