Great customer service. Jonas was able to help me and get me the information I needed to know to see if it was a fit for me. Best service I've had from anywhere in a really long time. They also offer a live demo appointment if you need it. As for the app, it was easy to add and super easy to use. . As a bonus, if you weren't convinced already, it's a free app! Updated* After playing with it a bit I decided to pay the small price to upgrade. The extra services let me tailor the pricing changes to my business's needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Used for a couple of years, unlimited options but the backend gets seriously slow, also loads every single option sitewide, I had 900 option sets everyone is loaded on every single page, which impacts performance and in the end took the html size to a point it broke my product structured data, products started dropping in search rankings, all structured data removed. They looked into it and said they would fix it, but no update came was still broken after weeks, couldn't wait any longer for something that's a very serious issue and had to spend over a week creating all option sets again on another app. Export won't work if you have too many options. They should spend some time refining the app and its performance instead of just keep adding features. Updating my theme, I had to wait for them to manually install the app, ajax cart didn't work properly. Also had issues with variants not working, adding wrong quantity to cart, breaking add to cart button, had so many issues would NOT RECOMMEND!

PLEASE READ!!! I have a custom order business so not only do I need more variant options, but I need file upload, text box & other options. After downloading about 20 different variant/options apps, this one was the best. Even the variant apps that had way more reviews & way more downloads, this one was the winner. I literally took 8 days to play around with all of the apps, made pros & cons lists, plus tested the function within my site on listings. After pretty much studying them all, I finally narrowed the best down to 2 different apps... 1. another app, we will call "App X" (seemed to have it all, but I didn't like the look of the boxes. It was more cosmetic.)
& 2. this app "Product & Variants Options" (had everything I needed plus I loved the look, but I didn't like how the placement was appearing on my product page, as it had a tiny glitch. I knew if it couldn't be fixed I'd have to go with "App X"). Before I could make a decision, I messaged both apps customer service. Within 24 hours, someone from this app fixed the issue for me (this was a weekday. Weekends could be different). The placement on the product page is exactly where I hoped it would be & the glitch was fixed. "App X" took about 4 days longer to respond to me & ultimately never fixed the concern I had. Most people just download an app, test it out & delete if they don't like. And most people also just go with the app with the most reviews. I can vouch that I did the work & the research. Trust me! Save your time & download this app now. And if you have an issue, be patient & contact customer service. Im sure they will help! Thank you Jonas & Pham Ngoc Hoang for your superb work in helping me with all of my questions & fixing my technical concern!!!

I searched for an app that would allow me to have multiple variations of my items and was not able to find any other app that was as easy to use or as professional. I am able to list well over 1000 variations for each of my items. Support for this app is also crazy fast and crazy good, as they were able to customize my packing slip code for me! I would recommend this app to any shop owner that is in need of variations. Annie and Hoang Pham were amazingly helpful and quick to respond, thank you! strangemotion4x4.com

I love that they will always reply me promptly when I have trouble in the app. They always aim to settle my problem within a day and willing to work overtime for me just to settle my problem as they know how important it is to me. From the start of helping me to settle the problem they never find me troublesome and never give up on their work. They go extra mile by giving me advice and helping me to change the colors of the button as well. Their app have so much extra features which other app doesn't have it. I highly recommend this app to everyone.

Also wanted to special thanks Jennie and the technician Duong Nguyen Du for the help. They always explain clearly to me and ensuring that I understand how the app works.

My problem is finally solved. I hope that my 1 last problem will be solve in the near future which they are currently working on it.

Amazing app. Works well for my business and a lot easier to assign to products compared to the MANY that I compared it with. Solid support team, highly recommend!

This is an amazing app for our online store! We have a store that sells Personalised Gift Hampers and wants to come up with more customisable options for the customer to select. BSS Commerce's app helped us achieve that.

I had a bit of trouble when setting up the App so I contacted their customer support via the live chat channel and got help from the support agent June Nguyen within seconds. Despite the slight time difference, she and her tech team did an amazing job. She provided comprehensive explanations and kept me updated at every step along the way. The technician, Developer Nguyen The Huy also helped me resolve the problem very quickly and accurately, and everything on the site now works exactly how I wanted. It's reassuring to have an App with great and timely customer support.

Fantastic support team and I would highly recommend this App if you're looking for a customisable option for your product page.
