Very well executed after some initial reticence to allow access as a collaborator (paranoia as always). Needed the positioning changed and couldn't get the app to add on the cost of the additional service add-on to the basket or show what the content of that addition was in the basket. June and Nguyen Tien from BSS have addressed all our issues within 24 hours of asking after our partly successful integration of the Product Options App successfully and looks like it does exactly what we need it to do. Thanks and apologies for paranoia

DON'T download this app. So disappointed Shopify even allows this app. This app causes glitches when customers are ordering. Does not allow discount codes to be used, and literally works HALF the time on sales. I ran a sale for my customers and had to spend hours refunding them- because of this app, it would show the sale price in the cart, and when they went to pay change it back to regular price. Shopify's support team was fantastic, They had never seen this issue before and I had to converse with them for 2 hours until we found the result of the discount and sale glitch was this app. I spent over 24 hours setting up my website with this app, all for nothing. My time is worth alot, and this app was an utter waste of tons of my time. Also, this apps support team is terrible. Took them almost three days to get back to me, and their response was "it'll be fixed in a few months'' I get over 700 orders a month, and so many businesses do way more than that. An integration issue that takes months to fix means this app shouldn't even be here. This app shouldn't even be on the app store. I love shopify, but hate this app

This app didn't work out for us however Emma and Pham Ngoc Hoang and Jonas were really helpful in trying to resolve our issues.

I am just implementing this app on a new collection on my jewellery website...with over 30 different gemstone options combined with different chain lengths and matt or polished finishes the permutations are vast. This app is a breeze to use and seems to work seemlessly. You can choose the products you want to add it to and give different options for different products. Extremely versatile. I do need an option for an add on price for a couple of the options so spoke to Emma at BSS help - apparently this option will be available shortly and still free. (Emma was super helpful). Loving it!

I have installed this application on the websites I have administered so far. I had a hard time css the color options, so I contacted the support team, and Joy was a supporter who helped me. It was amazing, she support me well with the position of the colour options. She is one of the very dedicated, friendly, and knowledgeable facilitators I have worked with. I also want to thank the dev Nguyen The Huy - who is expert and can resolve things quickly as a Hawkeye in the Marvel hero group for solving my problem quickly. I thought it would be done in a couple of hours but he fixed them in just an hour. Now that the option is showing up well on my store, both in my PC and mobiles. Once again, many thanks to Joy and the support team! Great app!

What a mess . . . . I change a setting in the options then save - and it doesn't save! It takes me at least 2 - 6 times of adjusting the setting and saving before it actually saves.

For the most part I would recommend this app. It did not work "out of the box" for me, and we had to go back and forth via email to get the features to work (they were very responsive and asked for some admin privileges to get it working).
They did ask me to leave a review in every single email they sent, and continued emailing me to ask for a review long after my problems were fixed. They are one of the few apps that did what I needed for free however, so I guess that's the trade off.

Discount codes do not work when utilizing this service. We are super disappointed and have lost sales because customers couldn't make it work.
