Great app, and the customer service is so helpful and works really fast!
Only been using it for a few days, but so far so good. First experience with support has also been positive.

user friendly and customer service is very helpful
Perfect feature for customised products, allows you to have more than 100 variants which shopify doesn't offer. The support was exceptional, they helped add the coding to my website. The only downfall is you will have to pay for the Platinum service if you want to be able to access all the features, but it is worth it!
The team is so supportive and fixed the issues multiple times without any hesitation.

Highly recommended app for those sellers providing customizing services. Julie has been impeccable in providing seller support and resolving issue promptly. However, if developer provides feature of price addition for custom option sets, in the free version, this app would be a leader in the category.
