5 Stars for the extraordinary customer service! I had a very "individual" request / problem and the dev team tried to fix it with code in my theme which wasn't possible bc of the theme I use. So they actually uploaded the code to their app's server. Thank you Nguyen Duc Duong for the great help! The customer support executive Josephine Dao was very polite and helpful as well, as she was the one that took my request to the dev team and did all the communication between the customer (me) and the dev team. I am delighted by this service and think its very rare to get that much personal help :)

I have used this app to add variations to product listings as shopify has limits of 100 variations. I am so happy I came across this its neat, simple and easy to use. The customer service is brilliant i reached out to them and they really helped me to solve the problem so quickly in less time. I am so happy that it has file upload as this is one of the features i was looking for and it wasnt easy to find every variation in one place. BSS Commerce has really helped with this. I was in need of an app to increase my options and flexibility for variants within my store as I found my variants in my theme to not be suitable. So I reached out to the Shopify forum and asked if there was an app available for this.
I was recommended this app Product & Variants Options.

This app at first appears confusing to use because there seems to be a lot of options on the menu on the left hand side.
However, once I’d had my induction call from the team they showed me how easy it is to use the app.

I found that it looks good too. I like the options it gives you within the app for swatches or a drop down menu.

It solves the problem I had.

Jena Nguyen​ is very attentive when it comes to customer service and is more than happy to help you.
If you forget to reply, like I did, she follows up just to make sure everything is ok with you and the app.

UPDATE 01/04/24 - I am still using this app, I ran into a problem where products with drop down menu options weren't being added to the cart for the customer.

I contacted the customer services of the app and they swiftly replied. They apologised, and asked if I would give them a chance to fix the problem before I changed to a different app. Within a couple of short hours I had a reply stating their engineers had fixed the problem. Low and behold, they had! Very pleased with the outcome, the customer service from Jena, and the app. Thank you!

App works great and when I had an issue with my product variants, the customer service was amazing and took care of the issue immediately.
