OPTIS Product Options, Variant

Optis Product Options is hands down one of the best apps I've used on Shopify. The app itself is intuitive, easy to set up, and offers all the flexibility I need to create custom product options without hassle. There's plenty of built-in documentation, but what really sets this app apart is the top-tier customer support.

Their team is truly amazing—responsive day and night, always willing to work with you to make whatever you need happen. I’ve contacted them several times with custom requests, and each time they’ve gone above and beyond to deliver fast, personalized solutions.

Such a great app! The customization is exactly what i needed and i reached out to the support team and they were able to help me with some custom requests. I definitely would recommend it if you’re looking for a way to create custom options for a given product and if you want to change the price depending on the users selections

This app has worked really well for me. The add-on pricing is the best. Being able to have the variants be a separate add-on price means i can apply a single option set to multiple products that have different base prices. Normally you would have to calculate and add in each price manually. This makes it so much easier and saves HOURS, I wish there was something like this for Etsy too.

I'm using the app now for several month and I'm very happy with it. It offers all features for hundrets of variants and many possibilities to adjust the design. I raised a few questions to the support during the first set up and the team is awesome - never seen such fast respond and effort to answer al my questions. I've tried several other Apps for Variants but this offers the most useful features and I feel confident to have the support always available in case I need support. 100% recommended

Ask for a little change to make product page look better ... wow it was kind of a lot of work to get that "little" change ... but it was done quickly and no negative words or impatience.

Okay. So this works well!
Conditional logic, reasonably easy UI.

But here's my only gripe. I can't see running a webstore without optional price addons.
Why shopify isn't offering this baked in is beyond me.
Even so. I'd rather have OPTIS than not especially because shopify just doesn't have this baked in.

While the price change did hurt that doesn't make it a bad thing. The devs clearly are working on and improving things and that deserves support.

I wish there was more 'tiered' options for smaller businesses but at least this isn't 50$/month+

We've been using the app for a few months now and we're really happy with it. It has all the features we need to keep our shop running smoothly. It's easy to use and works just like it should.
Whenever we've had a question or needed help, the support team has been very helpful and quick to get back to us. Would definitely recommend it!

Hazel, Katlyn and Cassie, those three of them very kindly helped me correct the errors that my online store had, they did a great job and I am very happy and grateful, this OPTIS application perfectly complements my online bake sale store, I highly recommend it for all those products that you need different types of variants, this application is perfect and will save you time and money.
