When I first installed the app it was easy to install but wasn't installed on the right parts of my website. I reached out to Joy Nguyen at support and she was very easy to communicate with about getting the issues fixed and she knew just what I was talking about. She told me that developers, Nguyen The Huy and Nguyen Duc Duong would be on the case as fast as possible. They fixed the issue in just a day and made the website look just how I wanted it. These guys are the real deal and were such a big help. Furthermore, they even fixed errors or bugs I found later on in my website development process.

I am very happy with this application because it is very easy to use, even for someone like me who is not very good with machines.
It is easy to operate, but if I have any questions, I can contact them immediately via e-mail or chat box. Besides, I'm in Japan and they respond instantly and politely enough that I don't feel the time difference.
Not only do they tell you how to make corrections or change settings, but in most situations the support team will edit directly on your behalf!

I can say that I recommend them so much that there is no reason not to!

This is a great app that I put on the site. All the features work great. I had some problems while installing it, so I contacted support and they helped me quickly. Especially thanks to Emma and the technician (Nguyen Duc Duong).

The app was exactly what I wanted I was able to add all the variants I wanted and Didn't have to go through a tedious process to set up where the options showed on my product page and the customer support is top notch

This app is both elegant and easy to use. We have a few minor glitches with the installation and reached out to BSS Commerce for support. Through a little bit of back and forth we were able to resolve the issue and the app is driving additional conversions on our site. It's worth noting that we received exceptional and incredibly patient team members June Nguyen and their developer Huy The Nguyen who quickly fixed our issue. All the CSS and the app are great, and I found the app is kind of easy to set up.
