I recently installed the app. I need something very basic for my store, and this app actually offers much more than I need. So far, everything has been perfect, and the customer service has been excellent, especially from Julie, who has assisted me. Everything has been perfect up to this point.

We tried about a dozen product option apps and each one had something that just doesn't work correctly, adding unnecessary information, and more. BSS seems to have everything we needed and their support staff has been wonderful to work with.

Great product, great customer service, very open to feedback and the plugin is easy to use too. Very happy so far! Just looking forward to a few updates to enhance the plugin for our needs further and it'll be perfect.

Very pleased with this app so far! It has given me a simple solution to the textbox issue I needed through Shopify. Julie was available to help me after normal business hours when I had a question and she was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
