I really love this app! It’s free and highly functional. It’s also really easy to use. I got great support from Annie Tran, the customer supporter, and Ngo Viet Cuong, the tech guy. They answer me very quickly and fix the issue very well. I would highly recommend this app to everyone. It's a whole new level of functionality and customer support. Please give it a try and do not hesitate to contact the customer supporter for help. We will answer all of your questions and help you with any queries.

I have used this app to add variations to product listings as shopify has limits of 100 variations. I am so happy I came across this its neat, simple and easy to use. The customer service is brilliant i reached out to them and they really helped me to solve the problem so quickly in less time. I am so happy that it has file upload as this is one of the features i was looking for and it wasnt easy to find every variation in one place. BSS Commerce has really helped with this. Fantastic app! I did a lot of research on apps for product options, and this app is reasonably priced, meets all my needs and the support is outstanding.

I downloaded and used the Product & Variants Options app, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with it. Initially, I had a lot of questions and concerns about the settings and how to make the options work effectively on my site. However, I was able to reach out to the app's support team, and I was lucky enough to be assisted by Jolie Nguyen. They are very responsive and professional, and they go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service that I received, and it is clear that the team is genuinely committed to ensuring that their users have the best experience possible.

Jolie was the most patient and helpful supporter who took the time to walk me through the entire setup process. She provided me with all the necessary information and was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. She even went the extra mile to help me contact the developer, Nguyen Duc Duong, when I encountered some issues while using the app. Even if my questions are extreme, they both found a way to figure it out.

The stress of creating a website that needs so many variations for each of our product is extreme and we have tried any different apps but this by far is better than the others! The simplicity of the app and the variations of the option sets excelled the other apps by far. The interface is very user-friendly, making it accessible even for those who are not tech-savvy.

All-in-all, if you are looking for a versatile and user-friendly app that can help you add custom options to your products, then the Product & Variants Options app is an excellent choice. When I required aid with a few layout adjustments, Josephine Dao and the development team, Nguyen Tien Loc and Nguyen Duc Duong, were incredibly helpful. They completed everything quickly, were on-time, simple to deal with, and understood my needs. I place a lot of importance on customer service, and as a result, I have left a few integrations. Fantastic app that does exactly what we need. My theme made the automatic integration difficult, so the support team worked extremely hard to manually integrate it and it works perfectly. They've been able to fulfil every request I've had. A big shout out to June for being so proactive with communicating with me.

Emma was so kind to help to help with the display of my variant options on my website. She and Nguyen went above and beyond to assist in my request and even made a few additional changes that I didn't even ask for - changing the fonts so they matched my website theme. This app definitely provides amazing features and amazing customer service!

I use this app to collect personalization Information for my custom products. I love the endless options it allows me to provide my customers. The support was great with a fast response to help me when I needed it.

As all the other commenters have said, this app comes with excellent customer service - even though they're across the globe and a 12hr time difference from me, I wake up to things being fixed, with very pleasant customer service messages in my inbox. The app does what I wanted it to do - it allows me to add more varied options for products in my shop, and add photo swatches with additional details easily.
