Amazing Support & Reliable App!

I’ve been using OPTIS for my Shopify store and I can confidently say their customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced. Even though I’m not very tech-savvy and my requests for product options were quite complicated, their team has been incredibly patient and supportive every step of the way. They made the whole process smooth and reassuring, always ready to help until everything worked perfectly.

If you’re looking for an app with not just great functionality but also a team that truly cares, OPTIS is the one. Highly recommend!

The nearly got 5 stars but once they've add on the extra extra feature that i need, i will give them a proper 5.

Adequate for very basic needs.

OPTIS is a great way to overcome the variation limit default in your Shopify store. This add-on allows very easy integration and customization of your products. I don't like the subscription-based model, especially for smaller businesses such as mine; I have submitted a request to the company to provide another product tier that allows a one-time purchase of the add-on that has a limited number of product customizations. Larger sales volumes can afford a monthly add-on but some of us need to grow into that capability and would be better served by a single purchase until we get there. Subscription aside, the product itself is very good and useful.

Very good and easy app and great customer service. Only feature it needs is the ability to exclude customer tags. When this feature becomes available, it is a 5 star app.

The additional variants were a must for our jewelry company and optis is a great options. They are also always quick to help out with any problems that arise in a fast and timely matter.

This app works great considering that it's free. I added it because I wanted to increase my product variant options. I like all of the available features that allows me to select and modify the appearance of my product page.
